  I am really stuck and with really no way to get phone support or any response on this forum.
  Really not good customer service, not sure where to go for help.
  
  You guys do have good template but compared to Joomlart.com where I have been getting my templates earlier I think you guys have a really bad response. Although even that was forum based support but I used to get very prompt responses.
  
  Really appreciate someone from Rocettheme responding to this request for help. I am stuck with my website development at this point.

  i've googled this error and it is possible that this is related to an outdated version of php run on your server. could you provide us some more details about your setup?

  Here is more detail on my web hosting...
  IP Address: 97.74.215.39 OS/Hosting Type: Linux / Shared Hosting
  Hosting Configuration: 2.1
  PHP Version: PHP 5.x
  
  Also I am hosting with GoDaddy.com if that helps.
  
  Really appreciate any addl pointers, I re-installed Joomla in the root folder after uninstalling the previous and used the rokcontentrotator extension form the Hyperion template as pointed out by you earlier. All the installation went through well.
  
  The default site and templates and administrator sites work perfectly fine. But when I switch to the Catalyst template it gives me the same error as reported earlier.
  
  You can visit the link below to see the error. I believe there should be some way for your tech team to debug through the php code and see what is going wrong

  if you're using php 5.1, please try to upgrade to 5.2 or 5.3 to see if that solves the issue.

  I checked my PHP version in goDaddy it is 5.2.14.
  I dont think that is the issue, unless you specifically need 5.3
  
  I really need some technical support here, what is the support process, I have paid for this template that does not work and am really frustrated

  you have sent your admin details via email to support, i tried to open your site, but the above link is not working and also
  piedmontcompanioncare.com/index.php is a non-joomla site as it seems.

  And the Admin URL is:
  piedmontcompanioncare.com/administrator
  
  I have the keep the non Joomla site alive while I build this site so have the index.php still going to the current active HTML based site

  you have a joomla 1.6 site and try to use the catalyst joomla 1.5 template with it?

  I was not aware that the template is 1.6, if that is the case can you point me to a 1.6 template if that resolves the issue as goDaddy does have the latest Joomla version which is 1.6
