This support process has been very slow and painful. Would be good if there could be some improvement in the level of support.
I have sent my Joomla admin password and all the information you requested and still do not have a solution to the problem

sorry, was not online the last 2 days.
the issue is as mentioned that you are trying to install a 1.5 template into joomla 1.6.
