I'm at a loss on this one... but I asked some other mods to take a look.
You have quite a few validation errors though, please check here it will give you a list of things to fix.

Hi there,
In your first menu dropdown you have an advert. This appears to have been cut and pasted from Microsoft Office. It is the rubbish code that it beaking everything.
Funny how Microsoft produce both office and IE yet they can't play nice :cheesy:
If you want to avoid porblems like this then all content from MS products should be pasted via Notepad or similar to remove all previous formatting.
If this solves your problem then please edit your original post by placing SOLVED at the start of the title and selecting the green tick as an icon.

I was trying to google your error message....what I found was:
1) try to switch off Joomla cache
2) make sure you are running PHP 5.2.x
3) most probably your J or extension install is corrupted, download it wth different browser again - I am here to help you. But do not forget to write all information - joomla version and if possible link to your problem. No PM´s unless requested!!
If you send access info in PM, write also link to your site and link to forum thread!!!
