Which rocket them template would you recommend to someone that is looking for the lightest and fastest possible solution - say for serving folks on a dialup modem.

PixelPerfect is smoking fast! It uses a minimal amount of images, has a color switcher and a bunch of module positions. It would be well-suited for dial-up users.

- I'll second that. PixelPerfect is the way to go for dial-up.

I'm thinking about switching from Elemental to Pixel Perfect as this is the second thread I've read that recommended it for dial up users. However, someone told me that when you have those options (width change, font size, color) up there on the top right of the site, that it makes the site load slower because it has to preload all that info. Is this true or false?
Would you recommend Pixel Perfect to use as a replacement for Elemental?
