Hello guys and gals,
Newbiw here needing help.
Just recently was introduced to joomla, found this awsome site ( www.rockettheme.com offcrouse
) and tried to test a couple templates... both give me this error.
Fatal error: Call to a member function get() on a non-object in /home/portugal/public_html/host/libraries/gantry/gantry.php on line 250
details.
joomla version:1.6
1-step: i downloaded and installed the Omnicron template, used the standalone file.
2-step: download the most recent versions of the extensions used in the above template, apart from RokGantryCache, RokModule , the latter ones i installed the version that come with the Omnicron enxtentions blunde, that you can download at the Omnicron downloads sections.
3-step, instaled the Gandy version 3.2.1 for joomla 1.6
4-step, installed every extention used by Omnicron template, being the RokGantryCache, RokModule the last ones i installed.
5-step, instaled the template.
6-step-.- bam.. ERROR, me runs to this forum and cries a river.
plz someone help?

Hi,
As Joomla version 1.6 is very new the Omnicron template is a Joomla 1.5 template and will not install correctly on that platform. Please use Joomla 1.5
The only Joomla 1.6 templates currently available are Mercado, Tachyon, and Maelstrom. While the previous Rocket Theme templates (like Omnicron) will soon be released in Joomla 1.6 version, we are not there just yet.
