I'm trying to download plg_content_rokbox but keep getting the error message
JInstaller::install: There is already a folder called '/home/content/o/l/i/olivero3008/html/plugins/content/rokbox.php'. Please initially check whether:
• the Extension is already installed
• the file names in the XML file are spelled correctly
• there are no XML files listed inside the extension.xml file
• all of the files (not including XML files) are correctly listed in the extension.xml file and there are no duplicate entries
• there is an empty folder listed from a previous installation attempt

First of all please do not post multiple times - it just clogs up the board and creates more work. :cheesy:
Are you using Joomla 1.5 or 1.6?
Have you checked via ftp to see the folders do exist on your site?
