Rokfeature table installation issue

Hi Rocket team,
The extension forum seems to be a lost cause. No one seems to respond in that forum. Hopefully someone can help in this forum.
1. I've been trying to install the rokfeature table for joomla1.6 but for some reason I have not been successful. I am not a newbie to joomla so this is definitely puzzling me.
2. I've downloaded the 1.5 version and was finally able to install it into joomla 1.6, but its not showing on the extension manager/module. I double check my file manager on my server and its there, but not on the Jooma administration end.
Please help and share your thoughts on this issue.
