I certainly hope that's the case.
How long however, do you expect general inquiries or sales questions go before they are picked up by a mod from the queue? It sounds like bumping takes them out of the queue. But then, I've seen 1 post threads not go answered at all.

Some posts do slip through the cracks as there are thousands upon thousands of posts. This is one of the busiest forums around and it's a lot to keep up with.
Topics I see that go unanswered are usually out of place posts...someone looking for template specific help in a free forum because they don't have a subscription. These can get moved to the correct forum or they might go unanswered.
If you have a post that you've been waiting on an answer for, feel free to PM me the link and I'll check it out.
As for the subscription worth, it really is a small fee for access to all the templates and extensions and also the members area that is loaded with helpful info...more so than any other site out there.
You mentioned "Infuse" and seeing that you haven't been a member since that was released, I'd say to sign up for the club and download it and try it out. I can't imagine that you'd be disappointed with the service here or with the products.

No no....I didn't mention Infuse or any other template. I had no questions in this thread regarding any template.

- Pardon me, but I added this because of a PLUGIN... the RokScroller that is used on the Infuse theme. So you don't provide any support for plugins either? I just need to sort the scroller, that's it. But I had a subscription and when I did, support was slow to. All in all, are you going to answer the question on how to sort the scroller in Alphabetical Order? You developed it.... and it's appearing from Z-A instead of A-Z. Plain and simple.. I shouldn't have to pay to get that answer when it should be sorting correctly from inception of your product. So it seems that developers are now coding themes with known errors just to sell SUPPORT products. And that's not right. Anything I pay for should work! Period and if it doesn't I should be afforded the answer. I could see if I had a question on a product or theme I hadn't purchased yet, but you already got paid for what I am using and I should get a product that works! This is why I have gone to Studiopress for my Wordpress themes. Their support is wonderful. You buy a theme and you have full access to the forum board. I am switching my clients to them and other theme developers.

The scroller worked fine when I tested it.
It's a template specific extension created for the Infuse template.
It's not a free extension...

The site is not LIVE yet. In a nutshell the RokScroller Widget - the ORDER to which the blog entries show up - there is no choice for ALPHABETICAL order in the ORDER choices. The only choices are:
Author
Date
Title - I am using Title but it is sorting Z-A [DESC] and not A-Z [ASC]
Modified
Menu Order
Parent
Random
ID
When I added number 1,2,3,4, etc. to the Menu Order for numeric menu order, it DOES NOT work.
There should be an ALPHABETICAL in this listing ASC or DESC or Title should be coded for ASC and not DESC. That should have been an automatic function for ORDERING.
Studiopress.com has a scroller widget like this and you can select Alphabetical -

So is that available or not. I have looked at several scroller similar to this and they all have an ALPHABETICAL order as a choice.
Also, in your PRODUCT listing on this forum - RokScroller is not listed in the products. Any reason why this is omitted?

I already stated that it's not listed because this is a template specific feature...hence the reason I directed you to post in the template specific topic. This is not an extension for all templates, it's for Infuse only.
