This is why I have not renewed my subscription here. If the customer support was the way it should be I would renew it, but the support given here is just unacceptable.
I can't even post a question on the extensions forums, instead I have to spend hours upon hours trying to figure things out. Even when I had a paid subscription here, I still was not able to post.

the extensions forum is read-only for non-active members which you are because your subscription expired in august last year. this is clearly mentioned in our terms of service.
i have checked your last posts from before your subscription expired, a lot of them were posted in the members-only forum, so you were in fact able to post there while you had a valid membership. a lot of them say "thanks a bunch" etc. so you actually did get some sort of help from our support team. i do not find any posts where you did not get a reply, only one where you asked for a sweet admin template in the requests forum which is not a support forum board so to speak.
we as a team do our best to help as many members as possible, most likely there will always be posts that stay unanswered, even with a combined moderator post count of more than 4000 posts per month. as a whole this forum is of great value and has a lot of answers, in your case i don't really understand your complain but sorry you feel this way about our support.
anyways, the op will get a reply soon in his original thread and i will be closing this thread here as it has served the op's purpose.
