      James -- I've noticed bluehost/hostmonster alter the configuration slightly on updates. As in my meta-content disappeared once or twice when I updated using the fantastico program. Have you noticed any issues with it? It may have just been me.

      And now bluehost is insisting on sending me emails about my outdated installs.

      But I do like the service and value they provide.
