Cant upload files from iphone/iPad/iPod

does anyone know how to configure the site to be able to upload images from iPhone/iPad/iPod devices? I can load images from other devices like the PC, Android devices, etc. When I try to upload it from an apple device The choose file button is greyed out (deactivated) Can anyone help please !! Thanks

It's Apple's fault really as they do not support Flash on mobile devices. I have no idea why they made that decision.
I haven't seen any work-around either
