How to download Quasar (free Magento template)

I can't seem to get to a non-Magento member screen to download Quasar.
Do you have to be a paying member to download the "free" template ? Somewhat confusing.
I'm already a paid member for Joomla and Wordpress and logged in. Would like to try out Quasar and consider joining the Magento club as well.
Please advise.

The free version of Quasar has yet to be released. It will not include all the extensions that the member's version of Quasar will include, but will have styling for all the magento core features.
It should be very soon that it's released here though.
