How to get banners?

Don't really now what they are called - the top banners in the showcase area that automatically change or can be changed by clicking arrows or dots? They are often large images that have headline text on top them and often a read more button. What is the correct term for them? Where can I get them and how do I get them to work? The one on Rocket Themes home page is nice.
