HTML error - can't find it

OK, so I gave my client access to edit the HTML of certain portions of the site... HUGE MISTAKE... There is an error on this page that I have been searching for past few hours and is driving me nuts. I used the W3 validator and it's not helping me. This is so frustrating because I can't give my him access to a regular text editor because they all mess up the coding so much. If anyone can find the error and have any suggestions on giving their clients control over the content, it will be much appreciated!!!

    • Hi there,

I checked your link in FF4 but can't see any error or obvious problems. Can you be a bit more specific about what I should be looking for please?

      Thanks

    • I do see a missing div tag in html validation and I assume this is probably somewhere in the article content if it was a client error.

    • Yes, I see the missing div tag in the validator and I assume it is somewhere in the article content which is causing the problem. However, I can't seem to locate the missing tag. Are you able to see what line the missing tag is on? The validator I am using is just telling be its the last line near the <body> tag, which I'm guessing means their is a missing </div> somewhere within the body tag.

    • yep it is hard to diagnose outside of seeing the real article contents to either find or rule that option out.

    • Nevermind, I found the missing tag!!

Do you have any suggestions on giving the clients control over the content? The text editors jumble the code way too much.
