Login form Joomla or Virtuemart

Good day,
I have a problem with my login form. I would like to change the form presentation (see enclosed image), but I don't find where are the code files. I have tried to change the codes in mod_login and mod_virtuemart_login but nothing occurs. When I close one of these two modules I have always this login form.
I'd like too to replace lost Password ? in french language. I have changed it in fr-FR.ini and in the French file of Virtuemart, but it doesn't work ?
