I just bought the $75 three element themes for a year and I need help installing. I posted questions in my themes support page but no one got back to me.
All I see is a blank page. Where is my theme? I'm using the WordPress version of Somaxiom. I tried out Afterburner and I got that working. That had a sample data file that I uploaded. After I paid to download Somaxiom I didn't see a place to get any sample data. I read in the Never/Always that I'm supposed to install sample data but I've looked all over this site and I can't find sample data for my theme. I'm not a complete newb I just need to be pointed in the right direction.
Also when you say this has to be installed in a fresh WordPress install does that mean it has to be in a new database? Or do you just mean deleting the old WordPress in FileZilla and uploading this?
If someone could please direct me to a section here for WordPress users with more installation information it would be greatly appreciated. The details for the install for my theme don't really say much and I think I'm missing the sample data file. Or is it in my Full Rocket Launcher install somewhere? Do I need a fresh database? I know WordPress because I've built three sites with it but I can't seem to get this theme to show up. I'm looking at a blank page with nothing on it. I didn't pay for this theme to start from scratch. (however I know you can't use this with a blog you already built). I just want to see my theme.

There could be numerous reasons for that, namely:
Missing or corrupt files.
Bad files and folders permissions.
Not enough memory allowed for PHP
Gantry not installed
.htaccess issues or similar.

Normally deleting via Filezilla works fine but to avoid errors you can just drop the tables in your old database. There is no need for a brand new one.

Yes of course I found that. That's the exact thing I'm talking about. Someone needs to rewrite those instructions. Not enough information. Not clear enough.
I finally got it running on my own with no help from anyone on the forum even though it says there's 180 people here. I'm starting to want my money back. I've been screaming at this Gantry Framework for the past hour. It has to be the dumbest layout system with the most retarded controls I've ever see in my life.
And how is default not default? When you click reset to default it doesn't go back to what it looked like when you first installed it. That's just utterly retarded too. This whole RocketTheme Gantry crap is starting to disgust me. I paid for this theme so I didn't have to spend nine million years trying to move a widget over two inches after I click default trying to get it back like I first got it.
I'm going to give it a couple days and I'm done. I need something simple, that works and I don't have to spend ten years learning something new I'm never going to need to know again. Because if this keeps up I'm definitely never going to use this again.

make sure to select wordpress (vs. joomla) when you browse this site.

Hello! I am having the same issue. I realize no one is obligated to answer our questions, but this is why I liked Rocket Theme in the first place.
I've actually had great advice from both Kat05 and prim; however, for the Somaxiom theme I can't seem to get help on a question. Kat and prim, is there someone I should reach out to directly about the Somaxiom theme? I wasn't sure if certain people owned certain themes. Thanks!

- Sorry, I thought I did... I think at one point, I came up missing as I was out of the country... I would be happy to provide the log-in info since my sites are never up until complete... Should I reach out to you directly on my Somaxiom issues? Or go back to that post? I was usually more cooperative before, so I am certainly available now.
