Hi, I need some help with my PhpBBS setup on my Zephyr template, but I can't get access to the right forum to ask - I presume because my PhpBB3 subscription has expired?!? Is that the policy? Once your subscription runs out you cant get any help with products again?

Yes, to access the template specific forums, you need to have a current membership.
