I am want to use Terran Tribune theme in my site with it's sample content - I read on the forum a year ago some confused and long instructions to do that, is there a simple way to load sample data ?

If a template is not set up specifically for RTL,
A) you can try RTL but installing the proper language files and making the RTL language the default on the front end, and see what happens.
If that doesn't work,
search or post on joomla.org for 'RTL' or 'RTL conversion' and you may find the resources there to change the template.
Plenty of resources there if you want to DIY, but we really can't convert non-RTL template to RTL for you.
(Note all Gantry based templates are RTL, so if you don't want to recode an older template yourself, you may consider switching templates.) - Thanks,

Sorry, no. you will have to find one through WP support (WP support, not RT support).
But as I mentioned, you may want to consider using a Ganty based template as opposed to doing or having someone do the coding for you. - Thanks,
