What to do when nobody is responding to very critical issue?

I have some major development issues in which one thread has been up since July 2nd and there has been zero response on the issue. I am not the only one with the issue but it seems nobody is able to help or acknowledge the bug so there can be a proper turn around time.
Would it be possible to contact support or should we continue to wait here although nobody is responding to the issue?
I litterally can not develop my site further with these limitations that probably could be easily fixed if someone would take a look at them. .

Although the forums are moderated pretty much all of the time, the majority of the specialist moderators don't come on till later in the day (seems that way) as they're US based so its probably 8am ish there now, I know it can be very frustrating sometimes, had look myself, but I've had no dealings with the Rokecwid module so cannot advise.

it seems normal here. I suggest you find another solution, before waiting several month without getting a helpful answer...
