So I happen to notice a user site that has the same theme as mine, but the forum he/she has on there site is something i've never seen before. I was wondering if anyone could tell me what it was.

Kunena is Joomla only...
But it seems there are many WP forums to choose from.
You are best off searching for 'Wordpress Forums' or searching and posting on the WP forums for a solution that best fits your needs. - Thanks,
