Template tachyon and jomsocial doesn´t work properly?

Hello I´ve just installed the tachyon template and the last version of Jomsocial and it doesn´t appear properly in the website, please hace a look at:

I cannot find the problem, any idea?

- Are you talking about your menu getting squished? That's the only thing I see that's wrong. You just need to adjust your header-b position to be larger by using the sliders in the layout section of the template settings.

Please Log in the network, all the menus appear wrong, also the small images etc...
Nos when I try to log out, the pop up appears blanks and nothing happens..
Is the joomla 1.7 and the template 1.6
