Heavy page load times for all Joomla Templates.. Urgent

Dear Rockettheme,
Whenever I am using any Joomla Template I download from Rockettheme, The 1st get "domainname.com" is taking the maximum time. As attached in the screenshots. Is it because of compression or we need to change the code?
Please let me know how to compress as I can see Rockettheme ones are compressed. Please suggest ASAP as I need to complete this site in a day for a Milllion Dollar company and need to avoid penalties.

- Have you tried using RokGZipper and Gantry Cache? It's available in the template settings.

Yes. That definitely brought some improvement. Sorry I am a Novice in Web Designing. Will get back if I have the related performance issue as the Go-Live is in 36 hrs.
This is why I love Rockettheme.. Brilliant Support..
