  • Affinity and Jomsocial issue

    • Hi, I have uploaded the most recent version of JomSocial into the most recent Affinity template.

      The Share button in my Jomsocial profile, when I'm logged in, isnt working. But everything else seems to be... I submitted a ticket to Jomsocial, they said the Affinity template wasnt up to date with the latest Jomsocial version.

    • Has anyone looked at this. Has this been an issue for the Affinity template? The SHARE button not working on the latest version of Jomsocial?

    • Well if anyone reads this, I reverted back to an older version of jOMSOCIAL and the Share button started working. So is there an override or update for the latest version of jomsocial on the latest version of Affinity?

    • JomSocial support says it is a RocketTheme Template issue. When i change the template to Beez, the problem is gone! So the JomSocial 2.6.2 is working correct.
      Do you have a patch for me so we can use this template? Thank you

      We have updated JA Social, GK Music, GK TWN2,
      RT Affinity,
      and RT Tachyon templates given their popularity and special support for JomSocial. We have pushed these templates to respective developers. So you can expect earlier compatibility releases from the respective developers.
      Is this correct.

    • I have a problem with the Edit Profile page not showing the "save" button? This is only an issue when serving the Affinity template Version 1.5.19 and using JomSocial Version 2.0.6

      When users edit their profile, they can hover over where the save btn should be and the cursor changes to hand, can see status bar change and can click the invisible button and all works fine. If I switch back to an older version of the Affinity template, live v 1.5.16 or 1.5.17 I can see the red save button but the top JomSocial menu breaks or loses the CSS formatting.

      Using Joomla 1.5.26
