Yeah, I get the same, very frustrating when I signed up with a developer account ($300AUD) and I can't get access when on site with a customer screaming out for a fix, and the update for critical extension is just out of reach.
Update:
I logged into RocketTheme on a machine seperate from my clients network and was able to gain access to the downloads via my own machine. I then just emailed/dropboxed myself the file and voila.
