    • Hi,
      I have a site with the Nexus template.
      After installing ActiveHelper chat, the chat functions out of it's module, and from a side menu, but not from the main Fusion menu.
      Both the ActiveHelper menu item and the tracking plugin called from the menu will result in 404 errors.
      I have tried the template settings and JQuery easy with no success.
      Any advice and direction would be greatly appreciated.

    • Can you confirm that this works with some other RT template or with default Joomla template?

      Thank you for your reply.
      Unfortunately, no I cant confirm it works with another template. When I switch to another template I don't have the top menu.
      Any other thoughts?
