  • Roll Over Images Not Pre-Loading

    • Hello all. I am having a problem on my site. I have some roll over images but they do not show up until you mouse over them. I would like for the images to preLoad and show up without having to mouse over them as we are getting a lot of people complaining. The link to the page is:

      Have you got Smartload turned OFF in your template admin?

    • Smartload was turned off so I turned it on but that did not fix the problem unfortunately. I still had to mouse over the roll over images in order to get them to appear.

    • I have figured out the problem. I am using the JCE editor. The interface can be confusing (at least to me it was not clear) in that it isn't obvious that one has to select the initial image in the "Image" tab BEFORE you move on to the "roll over" tab and select the roll over (on and off) properties. Now it works great. Thanks for your assistance.
