Perhaps I've been spoiled by the quick response to any other requests I've posted here, but is it possible to get someone to check this issue out? If it isn't possible, it isn't possible, but I would be really grateful for some sort of acknowledgement so I can move forward with the project.

OK so is support on hold or something? Is there something going on that paying subscribers should know about? Is it a holiday and I just didn't know?
With all due respect, I have been an enthusiastic user and supporter of rockettheme since 2008, but I have filled out two support requests now and received no response to either of them. I expect a lot better from you guys. You are capable of a lot better than this.
