Need direction for editing CSS but no response

I posted in the correct forum, sent an email to support, and have been trying to figure it out all day long while posting status updates, but no one has responded. I would be more patient if it was entirely community driven, but these are subscription based forums, and for the money, I was hoping for support.

Support:You do not pay for support as we provide that to assist members. If you were paying for support then we would probably have a ticket system in place. That would not be the way to help as many members as possible in as effective a manner as possible.

You acknowledge by your use of the templates that it is at your sole risk, and that you assume full responsibility for all costs associated with all necessary servicing or repairs of any equipment you use in connection with the templates.

Thank you for your help. I did not realize how the posting queue worked. Next time, I will just edit my original post and include my updates in that.
I cannot agree that we do not pay for support. Without an active membership, we cannot post to the template specific forum. In order to receive support, we must pay to make our membership active. Simply put, that is paid support. If you are saying that you will be making the forums fully available without a subscription, then that is awesome news!
Regarding "Search", I did for quite some time, and read through pages of posts, but did not find anything that would help me, except for turning of RokGZip.
