    • Hi there,

This is often caused by incorrect paths or directory/file permissions incorrectly set.

Have you checked System Info in admin, specifically Directory permissions. They should all be green and marked as writable. If not, then you need to change permissions.

      Hope this helps 8)

    • checked that they are all green. It appears that it is not formatting correctly ie the CSS files are not properly referenced. is there a way to see that the files are correct. I looked at the gantry diagnostics site and i can not find the gantry-ajax.php file anywhere on my server. where can i get it ?

    • Hi there,

Is this the default Gantry template? Or is it one of Joomla templates based on Gantry?

Is the site a live site or was it a RocketLauncher installation of a demo?

I would try installing the template again in case there was a problem on last install. Any files would be in the zip files you downloaded.

      Hope this helps 8)

    • You can try to use Firebug for Firefox to see if all the files have correct permissions. Just enable Firebug for the site, switch to the Net tab and reload the page. If you have file permissions problems, you will see it in the Net tab

    • Hi there,

Sample sata is only included in the RocketLauncher version (not available for plain Gantry template). I tend to load a rocketlauncher into a sub directory and use it for reference. That way I don't have to go through and delete all unrequired content at the end.

You can of course load the RocketLauncher version and then edit as required.
