I need some insight as to how the private message section this forum works.
When I use the PM to create and send a message, it shows up in my OUTBOX but never in the SENT box. The only way I have a clue as to whether the intended party got the message is when they respond via regular email.
Shouldn't the system copy the email to the sent box once it has been delivered?
Is there a setting I need to change?
