Changing Rocketlauncher Stock URL

I am very sorry if this is a repeat post, as I am not even sure how to categorize it.
I have installed the 2.5 version of Diametric. In modifying it I have overwrote on the existing files, including articles/component names etc.
I have noticed in my urls, I am still getting them named as the original URL's such as:
website.com/index.php/template-info/my-article
or
website.com/index.php/tutorials/installation/my-article...for example.
How can I clean this up to not have these Rocketlauncher elements? The work in progress can be found at mx2.carrerabrutal.com
