Voxel Utility menu

I have a programmer helping me with some features on my site and he installed the Voxel theme. When changed the logo via the Gantry panel and went to go see how it looked the utility menu right below the logo was gone, what may have caused this? Is there a simple fix? I attempted putting the default logo back with a no go. If I choose some of the options that go into the utility menu via the Gantry Panel they show up fine but the menu items I created in Joomla menu area do not show up any more.
