Disappointed in Formats

Hi there
Not sure where one can express dissappointment in the choice to spend programming hours on making old templates like blogtopia work in Joomla 2.5 ...but no bother to make Voxel work on 1.5.
Many many people using Joomla for business can't just up n switch. Many business and complex modules and Components are not yet ready and well tested for it.
Leaving us in this rut is a bit premature.

I disagree on the "premature" part because we have made templates for 1.5 even after the Joomla core team ditched their Long-Term Support for 1.5.
And we have to stop making new templates for unsupported CMS versions at some point so we can spend more time on developing cool stuff for the latest stable version
I know how you feel though and we all go through this at every major LTR (Long-Term Release) with any CMS really.
Also, the extension creators have had plenty of time to support 1.7/2.5... - Please reply with a direct link to the issue & create a new thread for each new issue.
A template is only as good as the content that goes into it

It was quite premature and very disappointing.
All those 2.5 users clammoring to get at those 4 year old designs are very likely less numerous than those of us who would like to make use of our Dev membership beyond last month.. when it's paid for a year from now.
Poorly placed resources.

there are almost zero support requests for the 1.5 versions of our templates ...
It's time to move on. If your extensions haven't been updated to 2.5+ this says a lot about the devs of these components.
