Posted 12 years 11 months ago
    • i see on this site html and css validation logos at bottom of screen but they fail, same on my site which is a standard install..

is there some settings which mess this up? eg cache, css, java, compression, etc

do you use these on your sites.? and reasons for / against...

    • Hi there,

So long as a site loads in an acceptable time to the user then that is all that matters. Obviously it should also display in the manner you expect.

I will run validations for peace of mind but I never put the badges there as some extensions will immediately fail the validation but the site will still work as expected.

      Just my personal opinion.
