Help Wanted - RokReporter

I need some assistance on using RokReporter to create a .csv file of my membership database.
The biggest hurdle i'm facing is how to pull the name and user name from jos_users and the other information (only selected fields) from jos_comprofiler
Does anyone have any advice, or the know how on how to do this..
We can pay if necessary!

If your using rock reporter i dont know. But if you go into your mysql database just export thoseo tables into csv
then edit it with excel.

yes but we want to be able to generate one quickly at anytime..
therefore having to download both tables and make changes every time would be very time consuming. - Billy Zoellers

I also need help with RokReporter. It is installed as a component on my site but when I click on it all I get is a page that has the rokreport logo and the partners listed. I am logged in as a super admin and I cannot do ANYTHING
Any help would be REALLY appreciated.

This one is a real gem:
extensions.joomla.org/component/option,c...k_id,2867/Itemid,35/
three clicks to getting what you want:
1.) Choose jos_users from drop down list
2.) Click on "to CSV" button.
3.) "Save as" - Say no to Internet Explorer 6.

The new version for Joomla! 1.5 is now for the backend. You can get it from jxtended.com and support is at jxtended.com/support/forums/showcat.html?catid=15
