Additional Info Tab in Product Description

I have set everything up to have the "Additional Info" tab on the product description but it is not showing can anyone shed any light please - this is my first product and not getting on very well!!!
i am also trying to add a table into the description block but it keeps sending it right to the bottom of the page so there is a massive white area at the top.

Hello and welcome to the Rocket Theme forum. Congratulations on your first post. We need a little more information to be able to provide support. For example, are you using a Rocket Them template? If yes, which one? Also, if you are referring to a Rocket Theme template you should be posting in the template specific forum. If you are referring to an extension, you need to post in the extension specific forum.
