Login Panel Setup?

Hi,
Nebulae Template
Joomla 2.5
I am trying to get the Login Panel to work for me. I have turned it ON in the Template Manager and set the position to Login Panel; however, when I save and refresh, nothing shows up. When I change the position (ex: top-a, drawer, etc)... I can see the Login text, but when I click it I simply get a popup window that just continuously spins.
I've tried the same with the Diametric template and Panacea with the same results (for other website I'm building).
Any advice on what I might be overlooking or missing?

- Thank you for the tip and I will do that... however; as mentioned above, I have had the same problem for the Panacea, Diametric, AND Ionosphere (forgot to mention that one above)... so I don't think the problem is template specific, necessarily.
