- I need to have all the contacts showing on one page. I have 23 contacts and it only shows 20. I do not want the other 3 on the second page using pagination and do not want to Display Select. Using Nexus Template.

Try the setting in Default List Limit found in Global Configuration: Site
Also, depending on what version of Joomla you are using, example here is for Joomla 2.5, you can set your Pagination to Hide.
Contact Manager >> Options
