How arrange pictures and text?

Hallo!
Is there an other way to arrange pictures and text than tables?
For this page ( www.unifrauenklinik-kiel.de/content/view/75/158/ )
I used the table tags. Works well, but is not elegant.
If I don´t use the table tags it looks like this page:

Is ther an other wy like <div> or <span>?
