    • I have noticed there is a "Premier Support " link on the main site, which is not so well defined as to WHAT exactly you define as support....it states as below.
Areas of Support: Premier Support is limited to configuration, setup, running, and minor tweaking of RocketTheme templates, themes, and extensions.

Ok, so here is what I need fixed (short list) to my site.
      J:2.5.7 , Affinty Template with JomSocial 2.6.1
(Fixed the menu behind the JomSocial menu problem.) :cheesy:
        1) Fix left navigation from dropping to the bottom of the page when editing JomSocial profile page.
        2) Make the right side JomSocial profile info display correctly..its not in an ordered list as it should be.
        3) Fix the JomSocial search box...it does not work at all.
        4) Fix login popup, displays too small, cuts off the bottom
        4) Fix Facebook registration button, Does not display inside the frame properly.

Its possible some of these issues are related to the Magento site (.htaccess ?) in the root Joomla in a directory and sometime when I save settings in Joomla I am redirected to the Magento 404 page

I know most of these issues are JomSocial , but are all related to the Rocketheme template overrides. I spent weeks/months searching for and asking for support here when I was a paid member but my subscription ran out and I am in a crunch to get these matters resolved....will the Premium Support handle these matters?

    • Nanci,

Well its been a whole month...just how long will it take for "Premiere Support" to contact me and address the questions above? I have been able to fix 1 of my issues on my own, but time is running out...I need support. I would prefer to PAY RocketThemes to solve these problems as I inherently TRUST you.

Please dont make me have to hire some hack developer on a bidding site.

    • Any matters specifically related to JomSocial are outside the scope of support. Anything that can be identified as a template issue, we can address via Premier Support. The best way to figure this out is to load a default template and see if the problems persist with JomSocial, if they do not, then its probably a problem with Affinity. If that's the case, you can open a ticket at: www.rockettheme.com/premier-support

    • James , thanks for the reply. My only issue with your comment is that Affinity has a template override for JomSocial and when I load JomSocial into a local development server with the default Joomla template there are no issues.

However, as I am using BOTH Affinity templates with BOTH a Joomla & Magento site I have made some modifications to both in an attempt to get them to more closely resemble each other and moved some things around a bit as per some assistance offered here.

On both systems I used the Rocket Launchers but had problems from day 1 with both. In one case (Magento) it was missing hundreds of PHP files and entire directories...had to download new files from here and FTP them up. I have reinstalled several times, still problems persist...sigh

I will do my best to exactly detail the issues, and hope that at least some of them can be resolved. Otherwise it looks like I need to find a coder to patch me up as I need to work my butt off on the content or it will never get done.

    • Just to chime in here, our Magento RocketLaunchers aren't missing any files - most likely you unzipped before uploading to your server, and then there was a connection error or timeout and the files weren't fully uploaded. It's always best to upload the zip file and unzip after.
