- Is it only Andy that make the new templates? And is there somewhere a workflow that i have missed on how you guys start with a New template?

Why is this important? Every company has it's own workflow which, in my opinion, doesn't have to be generally known and available to it's clients

The whole team is responsible in some way for the creation of new templates. The Joomla templates are created first, then are ported to the varying platforms by the developer in charge of that platform, so Jakub for WordPress, Karol for phpBB3 or Sam for Magento.
Due to the intricacy of the templates now, particularly being based on Gantry and the prolific use of RocketTheme extensions, the team building new templates is relatively large, between 3-5 people, notwithstanding those responsible for documentation, demos and testing

@Morten - your question did come across as a bit "aggressive".
How private companies operate is generally an 'internal' thing, and most won't reveal who does what or how it's perhaps structured as it's nothing to do with anyone else.
