Are we allowed to use RT Template on adult oriented websites?

- This should be answered somewhere already but I can't find it anywhere. Are we allowed to use these templates for adult (porn) websites? To protect RT rank and good standing, the footer image and link would be removed of course.

I think there is a rule that James S has to check the site first. Once you have set it up, PM him with (unlimited) access details and he will check the site thoroughly. Once he has verified that it meets RT standards, you will be allowed to use the template.

- The terms and conditions don't say anything about how you use them, so long as you only use the number of themes your license allows, and you don't distribute the templates. So, yes, you can use it on your site.

Let me clarify my post ..
I think ALL paying RT members should be allowed to snoop around the site so that while any(or all RT officials) check out the site before they give their RT stamp of approval .. WE (the rest of the paying members) .. would test the server`s connection to the net AND test it`s load capacities by viewing full screen/near dvd quality adult oriented material. With the amount of people here in the RT community .. we could give that server a real beating..
Just a thought.. ;D
