SOLVED CSS not loading Ionosphere Internet Explorer

Hi,
I was just testing our website on Internet explorer 8 on Windows XP. I have noticed that it is not showing the border correctly around the main container at all. This isn't a problem with Firefox or Chrome, just Internet Explorer Version 8 and below. I have noticed a lot of PHP attributes are getting added for some odd reason (Image1.png). Image2.gif shows what it looks like on Internet explorer 8 and Image3.gif shows us what it looks like on Internet Explorer 9.
Gantry Version : 3.2.20
Template : Ionosphere 1.4
Joomla : 2.5.6

- border-radius is not supported by ie8 as far as i remember.

Thanks for the quick response, is there any known workarounds that I can add to custom css file for Internet Explorer?
I am guessing this problem exists in IE7 as well as I haven't tested that yet.
