Hi Ben,
I figured it out anyway. Each tab can be specified a min height incl lists
/* RokSprocket - Tabs */
#rt-utility .home-tabs .sprocket-tabs-panel {min-height: 250px;}
#rt-mainbottom .physio-tabs .sprocket-tabs-panel {min-height: 320px;}
#rt-mainbottom .chiro-tabs .sprocket-tabs-panel {min-height: 200px;}
#rt-mainbottom .pilates-tabs .sprocket-tabs-panel {min-height: 200px;}
