Guys, I am really sorry to spam you with this post which links to my original question, but since December 10, there is no answer, nothing. At least something like "we don't know we are looking on this, or developers were contacted, something..." this is shame, I am member since 2008 and in January 2013 my subscription ends, I am really losing the value add - FORUM help to sign up again.

Hi there,
As the moderators are spread across different time zones we do try to provide prompt and effective support. We recognise that there are occassions when posts get overlooked so we use a list of unanswered posts to try and capture as many as possible. By 'bumping' your own post with a second reply you took yourself out of our list
This was then compounded by adding multiple replies to your own post. From a moderators perspective it looks like you query is being dealt with as there are replies shown.
If you need to provide further information then please edit your original post to prevent taking it out of the queue.
