title page display

i installed a template from rocket theme and the title of my page always says
"graffito - October 2012Template Demo" and them followed by my site name
how do i disable this?
i already went theu the template manager, article and menu as well as global configuration and the title doesn't apppear anywhere

No. Go to menu manager and edit Home menu item. Just as I said
