SOLVED Trouble accessing Admin Panel on Live Server

When I try to access my admin panel on the live server I get this error:
The connection to the server was reset while the page was loading.
I called my hosting company and they say it isn't on their end because they used a proxy server from their side and it loads fine. I tried a proxy server and it doesn't.

I am sorry to say this but this issue is really not related to any of our templates or extensions so you will need to ask for a help either on official joomla forum or trying to search for a solution on google

Thanks Igor. I was hoping you had ran into this before at some point and could lend some advice. I've called my ISP and my Hosting company and neither can give me any help. I've asked on the Joomla forum and still nothing. I suppose my only resolve is to work locally and when I'm totally done with the site, I could upload again. Hoping the customer has no issues making changes.
Does it sound to you like perhaps the speed of my internet is the problem? That's what I think... I live in internet's "bermuda triangle".

- Well, maybe that could be your internet connection issue. I really can't tell. Things like that are very difficult to debug remotely. It is best to do it on site from your location
