URGENT - can not access template

Hi!
I managed to create a site using the Fresco template. And I already read all the threads about the missing xml file - but no solution works for me - i can not delete the cache in the joomla administration - it says an error. I also migrated the site using akeeba and still the problem is the same...
So I basically have 3 problems:
1. The on/off button for the custom iPhone template does not work
2. The menu is not visible on the iPhone
3. I can not access the template
Please, please... I really need the help soon...

- I had to remove the site ... it will be functional in 5 minutes...

Ok, the site is back online...
I am asumming that the problem is that some files haven't been transfered.... cause on iPhone the menu is visible everywhere except on the home page + the menu is not good...
The problem with akeeba is that the server does not allow the writing to the files... - Tilen
