To the Rocket Theme Support team,
I have come to the conclusion that your support is extremely unprofessional. I have sent in numerous requests for module fixes that according to your forum may or may not be resolved. I have not even received received a simple reply stating that you are working on the situation. It is disappointing that your company has been unable to deliver a listed 'working' product and I certainly cannot recommend your company if this is your regular way of conducting business.

So with 45,000 members on this board I don't think that is too bad a ratio.
Also we don't personally email members that issues have been fixed, that would be just too onerous a task.
We rely on the premise if you have an issue with one of our products you would have motivation to check the updates page for that product.
We update these pages real time as soon as a new version is released.

Sometimes posts do slip by us
but it's in your best interest NOT to bump your topic as that displaces it from the Unanswered Queue.
If your post hasn't been responded to in 4 or more days, personally I see nothing wrong in creating a new post.

I do not really understand why you have some of my own links in there that either had no answers on or I answered myself. Confused...
Anyway, I understand the amount of user you have and kudos to your company on that. However, support is key with any online company. As your company grows you should be hiring more support.
I am just confused...
