    Nothing displaying

Posted 12 years 3 months ago
    • I have installed the cerulean template and made it the default but then it has no effect at all. There is no formatting.

I assume there is something missing or some setting that needs changing.
Can anyone help? Or at least come up with some suggestions.

      PHP is 5.3.3
      Apache/2.2.15 (CentOS)
      MySQL 5.1.67

      Thanks Sue

    • Did you install latest version of template and can you make sure that you don't have file and folder permissions on your site? Also, I would recommend you to reinstall the template

    • Hi
I have installed the latest version.
I have also tried installing Gantry on its own - that does not display either.

The setup on this host is strange but I have got Ignite Gallery to work.
It could be some permissions but I dont know how to find what particular aspect of this might be the trouble. Maybe I go back to the customer and say we use a basic template but I thought it was worth looking at any obvious things first as they liked the cerulean template.

I ran some comparisons on php settings and these are set to off in this setup.
Do you think any of these should be ON?

      allow_call_time_pass_reference
      allow_url-include
      ignore_repeated_errors
      ignore_repeated_source
      magic_quotes_gpc
      register_argc_argv

      Help much appreciated. Sue
